Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Case 1:

This patient had complex restorative and occlusal problems. I placed a single implant fixture with a cemented crown to restore the UR3 site. Porcelain fused to metal crowns were provided for the UR4, UR3, UR1 and UL2. Ceramic labial veneers which extended over the incisal edges were placed at UR2 and UL1. Direct composite was used to restore the palatal aspect of the UL5. Composite resin in combination with 10% carbamide peroxide bleaching was used to lighten up and make LR321 and LL123 look more regular. It was necessary to provide root canal treatment in addition to a post crown for UL2 and because of apical pathology it was also necessary to root treat the UR2.
